Please note that the Symposium Organizers have agreed special booking rates for all the ESCAPE-21 participants. It is recommended that reservations be made by February 28, 2011 to guarantee rooms at the conference rates. Requests received after this date will still be accepted, but on a space and rate availability basis only. After that date, the Conference room blocks will be released and hotel may charge higher rates.
